On Waiting. In the world around us, everything is rushed - and no one wants to wait for anything. We hear of super fast download speeds, fast cars, fast checkouts, ATM’s, movies on demand, instant messaging, and on and on.  Surely we have become victim to the “I want it and I want it now” culture. Yet, in the dance on the fringe of darkness, the most sensual and tender moments can be those in which time serves as an erotic torment - a test of dedication and devotion.   Consider this photo.  She might be a strong, independent woman who leads confidently in the vanilla world, and waits for no one.  But for him, she primps and prepares, strips, affixes the blindfold he left on the bed, and kneels in her designated spot.  And she awaits his arrival. And the magic takes over.  Minutes seem to expand into hours, and her mind begins to wander - from erotic memories to sensual thoughts of all the things he might do to her that night.  Her body comes alive, and her waiting turns into craving.
